Meka Shafa is a strategy and ecosystem designer specializing in complex transformation, community-led systems, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. She leads Ceriyos in designing end-to-end strategies that translate ambitious ideas into scalable programmes, institutional partnerships, and sustainable ecosystems.
Her work spans government transformation, AI and digital inclusion, grassroots community movements, business innovation, and strategic
storytelling—supporting organizations from strategy development through implementation and impact.
